Maximize your storage capacity with the Stack & Store cabinet mezzanine. This turnkey solution is designed to meet your high-density storage needs and will optimize your space in your warehouse or parts department, for example.
This vertical storage system is made up of R (heavy-duty) cabinets stacked on two levels. The Stack & Store by Rousseau is a complete storage system which uses 3 rows of cabinets forming a mezzanine, a walkway with a railing and a set of stairs on the side.
The easy and secure access to the upper level is done via stairs, allowing you to store more without wasting floor space.
The mezzanines are quick and simple to install. They can be easily reconfigured or relocated as needed and are made in Québec.

Here in red you will find an example of a Stack & Store cabinet mezzanine composed of three rows of Rousseau heavy-duty R cabinets with modular drawers.
The lower level is usually used to store heavier items or items with higher turnover.
The upper level is typically used for lighter items or items with lower turnover.
- Floor level:two rows of R (heavy-duty) cabinets pre-drilled for easy installation. You can customize the heights of the modular drawers in each of your cabinets – we offer 10 choices of heights, between 3″ and 14″.
You can even place cabinets along the stairs to further increase your storage space (see the examples in blue below) - Superimposed level:Level stacked on top: one row of R (heavy-duty) cabinets. Fully customize them by choosing between our 7 widths, 7 heights and 4 depths of cabinets, by adding doors or roll-out shelves. Depth (or Width) Dividers
Our drawer dividers allow for dividing the drawer along its depth. In light grey (071), they adjust every 1″ from center to center (c/c). The connection locks the dividers in place. They are compatible with accessories: plastic boxes, bit holders, file supports, and PVC drawer bottoms. Available in 4 depths and 7 drawer heights.

Drawer divider
Store your small parts better in your drawers by adding dividers that clip into place (product code RG10).
Their 45° edge makes it possible to identify and locate
stored parts. They are made of galvanized steel and 17 different widths are available, allowing you to adapt
perfectly fit your storage needs.
Connecting our compartmentalization system
holds the dividers in place using a screwless “clip” concept and reduces vibration noise.
PVC Drawer Bottom
Protect objects stored in the drawer with drawer bottoms (product code RG40). Their non-slip material is 3⁄32″ thick. This allows them to be placed under separators and dividers.
Protective Foam
The material placed in your drawers will be protected by the blue protective foam panels (product code RG41) with a thickness of 1⁄4″
Tool Foam
Consistently store your tools in drawers of your mobile chests or fixed cabinets, thanks to tool foam (product code RG42). Composed of a 1⁄4″ blue foam layer and a 1⁄2″ self-adhesive black layer. The material is oil-resistant and non-absorbent. They can be cut with a knife, allowing you to organize your tools your way and spot missing tools.
Collet Foam
Store your round tools or parts in collet foam (product code RG43). The foam is black and resistant to oil and non-absorbent. The foam sheets are sold uncut and can be punched out.
Plastic Boxes
Facilitate storage, transport, and management of small parts in your drawers with lightweight and durable plastic boxes (product code RG20). Designed for 3″ and 4″ high drawers, their 45° edge allows for identification and offers a good grip to pick up the box. Our Rousseau boxes come in 8 dimensions and are compatible with the following accessories: separators, dividers, and bit holders. The 6″ boxes can be subdivided.
We also offer conductive plastic boxes. Designed for storing electronic components, their material dissipates charges that could damage them.
Bit Holders
A suitable solution for storing and protecting elongated objects such as bits, sockets, files, reamers, tools, lathe accessories, etc. Made of durable aluminum, their vertical walls offer more storage space. The large-radius compartment bottoms facilitate cleaning. The bit holders (product code RG35 and RG36) are designed for 3″ and 4″ high drawers and are compatible with the following accessories: separators, dividers, and plastic boxes. Also available – a grey plastic divider with a 3/8″ inclined identification area.
File Supports
For your office storage, file supports (product code RG30 and RG31) allow you to hang suspended file folders. They are designed for 12″ and 14″ high drawers and adapt to Letter and Legal (LTR and LGL) sizes, depending on the drawer dimension.
